The fix
- apply foundation around the piercing in a very thin layer with a small brush
- use a cotton swab to remove product touching the jewelry edge
- tap concealer only where redness shows instead of covering the whole piercing area
- set with a tiny amount of powder on a brush, keeping powder off the jewelry
